This included resource allocation, progress tracking, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Educational Directorate Network Connectivity Project: Successfully connected 47 educational directorates to the Ministry of Education Operations Center (MOC) via SNMP protocol, enhancing communication and network reliability across Saudi Arabia.
- MDS4-MOC/Directorate Project: Directed engineering and technical teams to upgrade the technological infrastructure for the Ministry of Education, with an annual budget of SAR 66M, resulting in improved network performance and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Coordinated cross-functional teams and managed resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Documentation & Reporting: Implemented thorough project documentation and reporting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and communication with stakeholders.
- Wi-Fi 7 Network Implementation: Partnered with Huawei to conduct an in-depth analysis of buildings at King Saud University, designing and deploying a Wi-Fi 7 network.
